Nightmare of my life

Wosrt place I ever worked at. The treatment and lack of respect towards junior staff is appalling. Disrespectful managers. Work long hours, managers lack proper management skills and lack of proper planning. All they care to do us give out warnings and instant firing/dismissals of employees.

Cons: Long hours, last minutes changes due to lack of planning

Have gained good exposure and knowledge into the airfreight industry.

I answer calls and respond to e-mails for client bookings and queries. Do sales evaluations and reports on a weekly basis. I have a wonderful time working with my co-workers we share a strong teamwork mentally and often mange to handle any conflict that may arise between us. I have learned the importance of building a relation ship with the customers also the importance of time management in order to reach deadlines. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with clients that are disappointed in our services and are frustrated because something went wrong with their shipments.

Pros: Good company for entry-level experince
Cons: Limited growth within the company.
