9 hours with very friendly znd productive colleagues. Previous exposure from companies, goof communication skill, problem solving through compiling damage reports, client interaction. Business communication, management skills

Pros: German Blower znd Compressor assembly standards, Traveling, meeting new clients
Cons: No room for development , did not keep their package promise

I have been working in metal industry for over 8 years now.

I am a repairs planner who plan all the workshop. i plan repair, assembly and machining of parts. i order steel from our local suppliers and plan machining in the workshop.

Pros: i can work in any position from now on because i learned a lot and i basically give direction of what to be done on a dayly basis at mm workshop.
Cons: i work 8hours a day and every day is no different. but i am doing well under all these conditions
