On the typical day, i would arrive at work and turn on the mixers and the production plant,, run test before the production start to make sure everything is fine so the produ8is target is fullfil for that day, togeter with my team we will monitor the process throughout the day to determine if the process is still going fine and do continuous mass and heat balance to avoid producing rejects. Some days i will be task to check the quality of the material, determine their strengths elasticity and how they perform . The company main product was a hoytspot which is made of plastisol, and it has to be flexible as possible and strong in strength. I have learnt so much in the company that made me to be u independent and growth as a person. I also learn the leadership since I've gone through training of ISO9001 and 14001 to be a leader as the company has identified that leadership is one of my strongest points

The most challenging aspects of the job

As the lab Technician at aet aet Africa , one hs to know the entire team depends on me and my team to deliver, if we didn't which means the whole operation was going to be wasted, since we were to go team for the company to produce the desired product
