Challenging lesson at management

The journey has been a very challenginging one, twith the current market conditions & the state of Eskom the company was always in financial constraints therefore causing limitations on funds availability to do project & improve the ant. Emyees work under very difficult conditions which makes it challenging to get them to do thinhs differently and improve efficiency. Ideas and plans are crrated to try & eleviate the pressure on them but the funds are not available to carry them through. Structural limitations in the buildings require lots of money to move around and create space whe re employees can do theor jobs with ease and as a result do much more

Excellent company to work for, I gained loads of experience

l Excellent companDoing meaningful work and thus making a significant contribution to the company I work for, is the most important motivator for me.
