I see myself as a leader because I am willing to serve, to innovate, to transform and to inspire.

I am 43 years old, married and have two beautiful children, a 11 year old girl and a 7 year old sun. I am a focused manager and regard myself as dedicated. I have the ability to lead and organise a small team. I am also able to use my own initiative and work on my own as I have been doing in my position at my current employer. I see myself as a leader because I am willing to serve, to innovate, to transform and to inspire. I am enthusiastic about staying up to date with all aspects of my career. I have attended as many training courses as possible. I am accustomed to working with new information and actively improving my knowledge wherever possible
