Journey in my career

In typical day in my current position I fulfilled supervisor's task of dealing with customer complains and preparing samples to external labs for further analysis. Calibrating all laboratory instrumentation according to the calibrating standard. My relationship with my colleagues is the best I get along well with most personalities, I respect other people's knowledge, experience and opinion , even if I don't agree. I think that is why I can work with nearly anyone. When started working I a basic understanding on quality assurance but since I meet this super team and top management I can say I'm confidant to take a decision concerning production. The most challenging of the job is when the company start to produce something new for certain customer cause I had to come up with specification sheet and get customer's thought.

Pros: There's no promotion even if you study further.
Cons: Working tree shift at the same time I still owe the company 20 hours every month while I'm 6 days worker according to my contract.

I learned more as a Quality Controller and now I am doing Quality Control Analysis

A very busy work place, more challenging,but exiting. Learned to work with different character people. I learn different kinds of lab testing, because lab analysis differ from business to business. The most challenging part is making a decision on releasing or rejecting a product, but it makes person stronger and stronger everyday.

Pros: I don't see any oppportuniy
Cons: We really work long hours
