the most challenging is working with people directly because one can never satisfy all of them but my relationship with the employees is very good as i can relate with them. i enjoy dealing with with the employees benefit claim handling their queries and i get along with the person i am working with as she is showing me everything that i need to know and i can even work on my own if shes absent and also as a team we are doing great.

Cons: working hours are not bad at all
