Excellent in Facilities Management Industry, Project planning
I'm very happy at this stage where I am I have excellent relationship with my co-workers from the ground to the Management each end every day I'm learning new things in Facilities Management which giving more experience of handling projects. The most challenging part is when the Sub-contractor/Supplier is not receiving their payment based on the job He did for us and I have to always doing some follow ups on finance department if the Client is already paid our Invoice or not? I'm a results-driven professional with a strong background in maintenance, facilities management, and project management seeking to bring talent and vision to a respected organization that rewards proven success in process improvement, troubleshooting and repair, and team leadership. Expertise in electrical and mechanical diagnoses, construction, and repair, including designing layouts and schematics.

Cons: Part of being a Technical Manager is making some very difficult decisions. Is your favorite employee stealing money out of the cash register? Like it or not, you'll be the one firing them. Forced to lay someone off? You'll be the one who has to decide who heads to the unemployment line. Coordinators have to make a lot of unpopular decisions for the good of the company. So if you don't have a thick skin and can't deal with people not liking you, then you're better off staying out of management
