Lots of trainings, but for certain individuals

staff is very friendly people from the community feel that they own this place therefore all their needs has to be met from making copies,internet access we have staff braaiz every last Thursday of every month

Pros: you learn a lot of things from other departments

My working at Africa Unite is absolutely rewarding because they value hard work

My working at Africa Unite is absolutely rewarding because they value hard work. My day starts at 9am and end at 16pm. I have a 1 hour lunch. My relationship with my co-workers is absolutely amazing. There is mutual understanding and respect among us. This mutual understanding and respect is greatly valued. I have learnt that excellence and perfection at work and in the work produced are important and that they are to be desired. I absolutely enjoy most working on project proposals. The most challenging aspect of my working at Africa Unite is the fact that there no remuneration.

Goog Proffessional Aprroach

To manage the fleet for all sections in the company of about 100 vehicles To monitor the usage of fuel cards and the fuel To keep records of all trips done by each vehicle To do the filing of all invoices collected from suppliers To ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy by being repaired and serviced To do accident reports and make a follow up on the claims To arrange travelling for employees and visitors. To take minutes of the Executive meeting.

Pros: Always willing to Learn and the strenght to face Challenges
