Excellent learning curve

Each day is not the same. We connect with our customers and colleagues to understand their context and their real need. This connection underpins everything we do because it enables us to gain understanding that must inform how we serve. We foster real relationships to make it possible to take effective action. We are pragmatic and aim to make the real impact. I have a collaborative relationship with co-workers. I work with diverse people to deliver the most pragmatic solution and often work with teams to mobilise around solutions. I have learned from people I work with ,research and past mistakes. The work I do is complex and often requires wise adaptation in my approach to ensure that I deliver on my commitments. I have also learned to collaborate effectively under high pressure and maintaining a healthy perspective in often difficult circumstances. I have enjoyed my learning process, the support of my manager (CEO) , seeing growth in my team.

Great atmosphere and company culture. Travelling opportunity every month. Make a difference in the lives of many disadvantaged South Africans. I have a Bachelors in HR and a NQF6 Business diploma from Wits Business School. Give me a chance, you wont regret it.

Successful Learning Curve

I hold a BA honours in Psychology. My passion and interest is serving people through HR solutions. I enjoy working with people and working in an environment where learning is endorsed. My most recent experience entail working as a Enabling Team Assistant for Africa Health Placements, a dynamic South African-based social profit organisation working to address the extreme inequities in access to healthcare on the continent through human resource solutions. My duties consisted of assisting the Enabling team in HR administration, Financial administration, Compliance administration, and Information Technology administration. Working with this organisation has helped me to grow in administration skills, analytical skills, planning skills, networking skills, and communication skills. Should I be taken for this position I will deliver on all the tasks while giving all of my external and internal customers a good and consistent customer experience.

Pros: I deliver on tasks on time.
Cons: When I feel let down by fellow colleagues, sometimes this really brings down my confidence

Excellent learning.

I am passionate about working with people and helping them. AHP allows me to do that, while helping the greater South Africa one doctor at a time. I enjoy travelling and Recruiting doctors for the poorest communities and disadvantaged hospitals. HR and Recruitment are my passion, therefore I am looking for a company to work for that respects their stakeholders and are driven and passionate about people. Hoping to hear from you soon, you will not regret it.

Excellent Organisational Culture

There is a clearly defined culture and expectations of different role. The working environment is conducive with opportunities to provide feedback to co-workers at all levels. Working at a Social Profit organisation with an altruistic purpose is extremely rewarding.

Pros: Great exposure to high standards and multiple customers. Opportunities to learn valuable skills
Cons: Mostly donor funded
