First thing is checking if the work was delivered as customers requested if there was late delivers and then tackelling the emails from clients doing quotations and following up with customers regarding their requests. Filing, pastel , invoicing

Liaison with customers, invoice query , filing , stock ordering and control work flow on production, answering the phone ,relieve the reception on lunch time

Pros: To be a team leader
Cons: Work long ours when it necessary
