Great learning opportunity. Dealing with client and employees

The company i work for is an agency. The client they placed me at is full of racism and incompitance. Nonetheless im gaining more knowledge about alot of things. I have 61 employee's under myself that i supervise.

Pros: Incompitent
Cons: Work for crazy hours but salary is low

The greatest part of ones day is knowing their purpose for that day.

I enjoy my job immensely however the company decided to do a retrenchment in which I was one of the unfortunate staff to lose their jobs. It has been a great experience working at the refinery and I would have wanted to be there longer and do more

Pros: Good experience
Cons: Slow growth rate
