Good communication, excellent training

I start work at 8am yo 5pm, I am a property agent assistant and the name of the company is Africrest properties. My relationship with my co-workers is a healthy on whereby we have good communication, teamwork and commitment. What I enjoy the most about my work is meeting new people everyday and being able to assist them in any way. The most challenging part about my job is not being able to satisfy my clients or having a miscommunications with them.

Growth Path

A typical work day consists of working together with the junior administrator and the operations manager in ensuring that all enquiries from potential tenants are attended to, applications for the day are processed and that current tenant queries are attended to as well. These tasks are achievable in a team better than alone so it really helps to work towards this goal together. Should there be a need to attend to a tenant's maintenance needs, this is arranged by communicating with relevant service provider. The business of providing tenants with a home and repeating all the steps that make it work.

Pros: Great working environment, Management cares about the little things that make a difference
Cons: As in any property company the pro longed working hours on move in weekends
