It's an work indusive environment. It however does not have flexibility when it comes to its cadets
Its a good company in its own right. However, it does not really take care of its employees or rather cadets interests or wellbeing. Nor give them growth, be it career wise or growth wise.
Pros: Work experience even though it's nit in your field
Cons: No growth opportunities

Wonderful Stepping stone
On a normal day I answer about 80-100 calls from customer inquiring about their accounts for a pay tv service. Its normal a very friendly enviroment with group of people that are willing to learn and are even more wonderful to learn from. The manner in which you say something has a greater impact than what you are saying as a whole. The best part of the day is when you get a true 'Thank you' from a customer that hearts my heart makes it all worth it definitely. The biggest challenge has to be having to punt to customer as sales is not my strong point at all.
Pros: Great environment to learn different languages
Cons: Working until 11pm and not having weekends off is a downside.

Willing to learn and grow as an individual as well in a team
Work well under pressure A good listener Willing to go an extra mile for customer. Can work in a team I take my job very seriously, once I understand why I need to get up everyday and what my goals are. I tend to take it serious. I'm one person whose willing to learn, once I learn, I would like to do the job better than the person who was teaching me. I am self driven, self motivated. I do not allow people to put me down.
Pros: Would never know where one growth is. All you have to be is determined to learn and grow. Once your mindset is in a positive state, nothing can stop you from getting what you want
Cons: Would love to work Monday to Friday, if the company offers some weekends to do. I'm kneen as well
