Its exciting and challenging. There are opportunities to grow and learn. I evaluate calls and case managers work and measure if they are adhering to standards Coaching - on the job coaching, plan and facilitate workshops and presentations Support business unit with operational requirements Provide input on monthly basis of progress or lack of of employees Attend meeting to strategize re workforce management, training needs and challenges Run reports on performance and focus areas Teamwork in meeting targets Teaching and mentoring I enjoy the work itself, meeting and communicating with different kinds of people. I have learnt to improve my communication skills I enjoy learning more things by way of research, reading and attending workshops conducted by others Challenge can be meeting deadlines when there are meetings and workshops but I have to constantly manage my time and revisit my work schedule and work around it to meet targets

Learning curve

I have great interpersonal skills and am a team player. As I work in an open plan environment you learn to avoid conflicts with co- workers. That is ultimately what I enjoy the most, together with the challenges and the month end pressure that goes along with being in a Finance environment

Pros: A big company, you get to interact with many people on a daily basis
Cons: No bonuses or 13th cheque

My experience

Good afternoon day My experience with the company is quite interesting,good team work but the challenge is there is no growth fro where I am sitting,the fact that I have been in the medical aid industry past 20 years it has become so boring to looking forward for the position, I a servicing government sector and the challenges a person face daily is to making sure that payment are received on time, I require a change of environment and field. I have been working in the medical aid industry for more than 20 years.

Pros: There are no opportunities for growth based on my experience
Cons: Because you are working with government books,you are required to apply yourself in a very diplomatic way

Good experience

Very demanding environment, focusing both the business and the clients of. On a daily daily basis, you are in contact with clients regarding the contributions to, arrears meaning money owed by members to the business. But great work environment it's Ver active, who h brings the team together and.
