Working with Team or Individual

I always enjoyed working with team, working with team members always we learn new things and help each other when we need assistance. As we spent more then 8 hours with our colleagues while we working, our team members become our family. When we have time pressure and when we have to deliver our project on time always our team members help us.

Cons: Ready to work long hours
