Limited growth, change is not encouraged.
There is limited growth, change is not encouraged. you just follow the old ways of doing things , with new ideas not welcomed. You do one thing over and over, no opportunities to learn about the whole organization. the way things are done does no allow for open thinking You get stuck in one place and the salary is not motivating. Qualifications are not considered for career advancement. Management style is so old fashioned, with limited access and interaction. Things are done on a need to know basis, there is no transparency.
