To work for AGA was good and learned a lot. Your team members feel lime family. To work for this large company was n privalage and had taught me a lot and gave me the oppertunity to grow and expand my learning

One of the best companies to work for

i have had the best experience working for my current company and to be associated with it having a shaft of the world's deepest and always putting safety of the employees first. The past year was however very challenging as thousands of jobs were cut. Having said all of that, my current company is one of the best companies ever and if it were not of the current status i would still be part of it, but its tome to move on.

Pros: Working with management
Cons: Managers expect you to know what they know even if you have less experience than them
