Motivated, talented, experienced person with 7 years’ experience in HR, Admin, and PA
My name is Lizette Grobler, and I am currently a Personal Assistant / HR assistant for Agchem Africa pty ltd. I have been working here for the past 5 years. I have a typical 7h30 to 4h30 job that gives me time to be a mother aswell. I have an excellent relationship with co workers and its a pleasure to see everyone in the office every day.. I have grown from Admin to PA in a matter of one year. and my relationship with my supervisors is professional and I would not ask for anything more. the most challenging aspects of my job is having patience with people who does not obey the rules of Agchem, thinking they can do and go as they please.

Excellent learning curve
• Laboratory analysis of new and existing products (chemical and biological). • Monitoring microbial culture. • Growing and storing microbial cultures. • Recording and analysing data. • Assist with calculating shelf life our biological products. • Literature research for new products. • Preparation of agar and broth • Calibration of instruments. • Preparation for field trials. • Assist with planting of field trials. • Follow up treatments and capturing and analysing data from field trials. • I have also assisted with the finances and regulatory affairs of the Research and Development department.
Pros: i work in the Laboratory, in the field and in the office
Cons: working in cold and hot temperatures
