I see myself as a very enthusiastic person. I have a good line of communication and interact well with all people. I maintain an organized profile and take high pride in my work. I am a dedicated leader who is pro-active; hardworking; tenacious and flexible. I am a self-starter who is highly target driven and a strong team player. I have worked on different projects and have achievement successive monthly and annual targets. I get on very well with my co-workers and they with me, they find me to be a very positive and helpful person. What I have learnt most is that when works as a team a lot more gets done.

Learning new information and taking on other responsibilites is excellectg
Dealing with the clients on a daily basis regarding monies owed to the medical advising and explaining the debt to them in detail. Providing recons to the members of their debt. Daily contact with the external debt collection agency ensuring that they understand the debt and doing recons for them. Taking calls from members making calls to members. My co-workers and I get on very well I have and still am teaching them things regarding claims that they did not know. In return I am and have learnt a lot regarding monthly contributions. I love interacting with people and achieving and exceeding my targets. The most challenging thing is that one has to learn not to the verbal abuse from members personally.
Pros: Is being able to share my vast knowledge and expiernce with my co-workers and management team

Excellent foundation for future endevours
The company consist of 400 employees, As a Workforce planner and CLO Team manager I interact with most departments in order to resolve queries, Our environment is decent in nature, everyone is cordially and warm, I have learnt quite a lot from the business aspect of things, I have worked closely with the CEO to drive automation and other notable changes to influence our customer turn over. I enjoy the learning and exposure from the vast business meeting we have conducted over the years, we share nuggets and grow from each other's experiences. The most challenging aspect would be the social culture, we are a small company that works overtime du to our workloads, therefore, we do not have much of social gathering and interactions with employees from a personal level.
Pros: Good oppprtunity to learn about the claims process and how it functions
Cons: employee wellness program lacks a bit

I am a reliable person who can work under no supervision. I Communicate well with colleagues. I am a dynamic individual who is striving for success. Self-starter and highly motivated individual. Execellent Chanllenges

I have created a claims savings recon on my own to as the one the company uses very difficult for clients to understand. The one which I created is more user friendly. There are a lot different challenges on a daily basis which I come across and face them head on, I use my initiative to make it easier and make it work for me.

Cons: No scope for growth
