Pros: Opportunity to learn, Opportunity to learn supervisory skills from Supervision, Opportunity to be involved on other departments like Safety Committee, Skills training continuously program.
Cons: Working by ice cold material.

I feel that i have learnt everything there is to know in my current role.

Currently I work as a SAP administrator and would like to grow and further my studies as a part of this growth. I currently have a great working relationship with my colleagues as well as managers. I would like to use this to my advantage and keep climbing the corporate ladder. Working for a new company would mean new opportunities and avoiding complacency.
