Excellent learning curve

A typical day at work will start at the office to manage all emails and do quotations for the clients, we also arrange what need to be done in the field by the set person for the job. After arranging everything at office one will go out and visit customers to find out what their need are regarding services and new development on the farms.

Pros: Working at own pace
Cons: poor service from our factory

It is a great job for building experience

Work overtime and don't get payed overtime. You are pushed to rush your work so that you can go to another client and when you work after hours you don't get payed for it of they don't give you overtime. It happens almost every day with me.

Pros: For a first job is this a good company
Cons: Working long hours without getting overtime payed

Low Stress

The enviroment is low streess but sometimes lack professionalism. Interesting work but a severe problem executing an finishing projects. There are no opportunities for promotion and pay is the minimum for anyone in their position. There are no good HR structures in place and safety in the factory is also shocking. It can best be described as a place where you do your own thing and where everything bottle necks through two individuals who make all the calls and only want to do things in their own way.

Pros: Low Stress
Cons: Low Professionalism
