Amazing company to work for.

Bring at A1 elect can be challenging at times but very rewarding being able to love what I do and get paid for it is very fulfilling . All stall are well trained and ate easy to get along we are more like family than co worker's.

Greatful for all the training and development I received.

I'm a leader for all rhe administration that occurs in the company from payments to suppliers as well as payments of staff .All HR duties .Conduct all KPI indicator's monthly. Ensure all staff are motivated and all training and Development is conducted. I ensure all Labour department requirements are meet as well as all staff files are updated .I also over look all site meetings and make sure all necessary bookings are made for accommodation.New business and Sales are and stock inventory is monitoredby myself. I believe strongly in growing people and all reports succession planning and planning and preparation is done on a monthly basis. I strongly believe in servant leadership and believe that one is too small of a number to create greatness.
