a better leader is one that learns every day. they accept all kinds of challenges. they have not yet discovered their limits. I thirst for knowledge. the knowledge that I really receive it fulfils my heart of it can perfect it or better it so that I can pass it on to someone. I get great joy is seeing that knowledge working well for someone.

Experience

Being at this company was a great Experience, however I need change and something new. There is little potential to grow within the business. I am ready for a new challenge.

Pros: No working on weekends, working hours are decent.
Cons: Managers are not very open to staff ideas to better the business
