Short turn around time which unabled proper planning. Segregation of duties lacks. Very stressful environment with seasonal challenges. Great company to learn to work under stressful environment. Lots of growth opportunities.

I am looking my task manager and training my staff members. All things are needed to do for the day. And I have a good relationship with my CO worker. And I learn from them some good stuff and I am using it when is necessary.. I'm enjoying the most. The challenges is that Who don't want the change in their lives.

Very Good Industry, with excellent staff
We are a Inflight Service Industry that operates from 06:00am till 22:00pm. We emphasize team work to our employees and only strive for excellence, with the good relationship we have it leads to a smooth production. What I enjoy most is working in the kitchen with energetic people. I've learnt a lot of things from Airchefs. eg:, Engaging with suppliers, Using SAP system, Smart time payroll system, HACCP protocols within the organisation of food Supply Chain. Managing Staff that is more than 500.
