Platform for knowledge of Chemicals
Hi, My current employer is a pleasant company to work for. What makes it a great company is the culture it has conceived. I have gained so much knowledge in the industry including the formation of gas that is consumed by people and industrial gases. The most challenging aspects of my job is product unavailability. We adopted the just-in-time system and should there be a break down, customer service is compromised. Teamwork is paramount in any organisation, we work like troops with job execution in mind. On a typical work day in ensure product availability (inventory) including erratic customers, availability of transportation (loading, in transit and end user (3PL), customer service including supervising internal sales staff. I enjoy interaction with Drivers, they tend to brighten my mornings and i also enjoy satisfying customers. thank you

Amazing working experience
i Coordinate all the business transactions since i am working at sales department.The work is very challenging but all is much easier since We work closely together with my fellow colleagues in achieving the company`s goal,I have learned a lot of experience on this work especially in terms of interacting and building as strong relationship with our customers.but non the less the challenges that I face makes me more competitive on doing my daily job as we sometimes struggle to meet all the demands of our customers due to shortage of supply but that doesn't stop me from achieving my goal for the organisation.

Good exerience
i am currently working at one of branches of Air Liquide and I work a very challenging job where I have to make sure that all my customers(Hospital ,Clinics,EMS`s)are receiving their medical oxygen orders in time as this involves life threatening situation to the Patients,and requires me to focus carefully on my daily tasks to avoid any disruptions.I enjoy my work as it teaches me a lot especially, interacting with my client and providing a good service to them.We work as a team with my fellow colleagues that makes it more easier for us to reach given targets and goals and by so doing that fulfils my ability and potential to make want to achieve more and better all the time.

Good exerience
I am working at one of the branches of Air Liquide,where my daily duties are making sure that sales are carried out efficiently on daily basis and also reaching month end targets,my duties includes also ordering of stock and balancing it,preparing banking deposits and handling of customers accounts and queries,I work very well with my fellow subordinates and the relationship is strong because our aim is to achieve the expected results from our superiors which in return gave me a good experience as working for this company for 8 years has taught me a a lot about this industry,what enjoys me abut my job is that a have a very good relationship with my customers and i am also able to keep them happy and groom their loyalty on our products, but challenges do occurs like working extra hour in making sure that work is up to date and having to deal with competitors always decreasing their prices to attract the market but other than that we always achieve best in the industry.

Better Prospects
We work from 8:00 to 16:30 communicating with both Internal and External Customers that we need to meet their requirements. My relationship with my co-workers has grown to a level of being a family and every planner shares information to avoid when a person is absent no one knows about the processes. I have technical skill due to working more with engineers and field technicians. I enjoy communicating with difference customers every day and fulfilling their needs. The most challenging part is the delays and changes because I like to start and finish a project according to the time i have set.

Learning Curve and Achieved
I have learnt to ensure that both managers and employees are satisfied. They must keep up to date with all labour and wage laws and company policies that relate to employees, for example contracts, wages, working conditions etc. I also learnt the following: • Have a good knowledge and understanding of human behaviour • Be able to remain calm under pressure, able to be fair and reasonable • Be agreeable and tolerant, good communicator, and tactful and fair. • Be able to stay calm and objective • Be intelligent and able to reason logically The most challenging aspects of the job, is when there is high demand of medical gases that's need to supply to the hospital. What i Enjoy:I am having strong emotions about Energy Efficiency, the world is facing more challenges than ever before in life. Emissions released from fossil fuel resources cause climate change, World is running out of resources to generate power and other business cannot sustain and make profit because of Energy loses from resources.

Great systems in place
Working at my current companyhas been an informative ride with endless challenges. It has taught me to make sound decisions without time wasted and become responsible for any repercussions thereafter. Working with various people from different backgrounds has been absolutely phenomenal and i have been fortunate to have a taste of different cultural food prepared by colleagues. The most challenging aspects of my job would be the unanticipated logistical challenges.

Good learning experience
I think at the end of the day, it is a question of what is fair. Is it fair to make people work without paying them? Probably not if you can afford to pay them a small salary. Is it fair to take away an opportunity in an industry which is already notoriously difficult to enter? Definitely not if there is nothing to replace it.
