Dear Colleague APPLICATION FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER POSITION My twenty years’ experience in Human Resources/Organisational Development /Learning and Development has given me a unique ability to apply my conceptual as well as practical experience in all its forms, to business processes. Some of the business process knowledge includes performance management, learning and development (management of bursaries learnerships and special projects), business acumen, change management and facilitation of various operational processes. I have gained work experience with highly recognised international organisations and have grown through meeting and networking with various stakeholders and discussing challenges which are facing the industry we operate in and have actively participated in process improvement. I have been a project manager in technology projects aimed at automating Human Resources Systems to align these processes with the business strategy.
Pros: Its a diverse industry with numerous challenges in terms of technology and serving different needs of customers in the aviation industry

Excellent Learning Curve
The Environment i work is good but has may Deadlines to meet in short period of time. Every day we always experience emergencies and attend to queries. Before you start anything it is important to prepare a To do list so that even when emergencies come you are able to cover work on your desk. My relationship with co-workers is very good in such a way we order food together and have meals together, and if one experience challenges on certain Tenders or RFQ i am always willing to assist. ATNS i have learn a lot like, CAPEX and Engineering Projects, the Biggest Tender i ever awarded was 70m, i enjoy meeting seeng things happening in the organisation and Clean Audits taking place, The most challenging part about my Job is tiny deadlines and i still have to ensure Procurement Processes are followed correctly.

Good
Im a well mannered women with 3 years experience as administrator.I have a good customer relations.I like new challenges.I work well with team.I am able to communicate with people from different levels from executives,management and coworkers.
Pros: I worked as an intern and the position was made permanent unfortunately the hr manager left the company and the new manager is still reviewing the structure.
Cons: I work well and work independently and meet targets.And i enjoy helping other people.

Continuous learning
I work in a regulated and non-regulated business environment with a high competitive and competent team responsible for new ventures of business through the Business Development Stream. The environment is learning oriented and has positive energy, the team is united for common goal and to reach the departmental objectives, as well as meeting the organisational strategy.

Excellent learning curve
monitor of electrical components, learning of other new technology, we doing projects together with the other co workers and they are successfully implemented, i have learnt a new course which is telecommunication other than automation and control. i enjoy working to find the new technology at possible

Busy Morning planning and organising.Ability to interact with different sectors.
Working for ATNS will open up a whole new world. The relocation forces you out of your comfort zone but if you embrace the challenge, the life experience will be incredible

Excellent working environ
Hectic working conditions. Reading a lot of policies and procedures. Doing client need analysis before developing every training materials. Difficulties working with various SETA'S.
