My experience,

to forward to am currently employed by Air Zimbabwe Pvt Ltd. It is an Airline company and I have experience before working for an airline. I work at a regional branch based at OR International Airport. It was such a great experience and my office have a great view. I work with an amazing team and jovial people. My manager is a great leader whereby he encourages us to be independent thinkers. The most challenging aspects of working at a regional branch are, not being able to make a decision even in an emergency as the final say is made by the Headquarters in Zimbabwe, by that I mean a delay in execution of a task. groups. Stay safe.

Pros: Great company to work for and the environment is friendly and helpful to the staff in terms of single parents they are very hands-on and encouraging, as a result, we don't miss out on our kids school activities.
Cons: There is no growth apart from individual educational upgrades

Excellent learning curve

It was a good opportunity to work at Air Zimbabwe. I learned a lot of staff and gained a lot of experience, now I am proud of my self. I am now a better technician and I can now work independently because of the training I gained from Air Zimbabwe.

Pros: Good work ethics
Cons: Poor working conditions
