Excellent planning opportunity/skill gained

My typical day at work incudes planning for the month ahead from the first day of the month. My job will lead you to engage with almost every department in the company. In the morning i will capture i voices received from the stores department in between that i must engage with suppliers to request statements so that I can have a view of how many invoices I have or are missing. Upon discovering that I am missing some invoices I will request them from the supplier and pod after that i will capture yhat invoice against the purchase order During the month i must resolve any queries i may have on invoices such as price queries or quantity issues I must engage internally with the nevessary department to assist me. When i have captured all the invoi rs then i must start reconciliation against the supplier statement whrn everthing balaces i must submit once approved i must load the payment

Pros: Great opportunity to learn time management and discipline
Cons: May require overtime put in your work
