Work is hard but plentiful,i get to experience lots of different aircraft engine makes and systems . Work around the clock ,even on holidays . Got apprenticeship training on all airforce aircraft

Excellent learning curve

In this organization there is time to learn.All workers encourage each other to learn and develop. I have learnt to use manuals in aircraft maintenance and never to rely on my memory as this causes accidents The job requires that you keep on reading and researching because improvements continue to come from aircraft manufacturers.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: poor work conditions and salaries
