Good working enironment
My day to day responsibilities include; preparation of subsidiaries (including an international subsidiary) trial balances, Subsidiaries Budgets, Financial administration, GL reconciliations, Preparation of journals, Financial Evaluations for tender applications (calculating financial ratios and analysing financial statements), Preparation of payment requisitions, travel arrangement for executives, dealing with audit queries. I can make crucial financial decision through analysing numbers whether in budgets or financial statements. I have learnt a lot when it comes to working with different people and dealing with different human personalities. I enjoy the fact the fact there are so many professionals in which I consult from and learn from on a daily. the most challenging thing is that its hard to find enough time to learn things as there are many things that are are many tasks given to me as my manager trusts me a lot. I have a very strong and relationship with my co-workers and in other departments.

Excellent exposure to different facet of Business Partnering
Good company to work for. Not for laxy who cannot think outside the box. Have open minded colleagues who hold not grudges and say what they want to in taking organization to greater Heights.

Large stable company, limited opportunities to grow a career in property management
Intense stakeholder engagement and day to day maintenance programmes. Great potential to gain experience in aviation related operations. Company structure limits growth and specialisation in property management field. Current structure ( under review) creates silos, therefore, gaps exist-dettering efficiencies. Interesting links exist, to apply typical property management principles with those of managing a batch of property portfolio residing in this unique environment

A typical day involves excecuting current projects on the information security improvement programme. Attending IT Manco, providing information security input to new projects at IT Architecture Council.

Excellent
An excellent work environment that is flexible and understanding of employee’s needs. A very hectic environment that constantly demands one to be innovative and provide solutions. I have learnt to challenge myself in my thinking and being able to provide quicker resolutions. I enjoy traveling, meeting different stakeholders and building lasting working relationships. Lack of maturity in understanding of what Compliance does and be seen as bottlenecks is challenging.
