No opportunities for promotions, no benefits, no structure

A typical work day consists of embedded systems design, electronics building and integration with software, software development, business development, front end development training. I have a very good relationship with co-workers, we get a long well and work well in a team. I have learnt a variety of things while working at Aizatron, such as business development, process implementation, agile processes, tackling and solving problems using embedded systems , splunk and am now training under the front end development lead.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn a wide variety of things
Cons: long working hours, underpaid and no proper structure

Excellent skill development

Excellent skill development as the main task assigned is to work with embedded technology to solve clients unique problems. The workplace has a great energy to it as I understand how work culture strengthens the individual's desire to work and be in the environment. The con is we often work late as the projects have deadlines that are minute compared to the task. As a team we always manage to be on time, this does however include late nights

Pros: Great for skill development
Cons: Long hours
