It is a company were you can be well trained as small as it is.

Mondays were always typical days and when you dont have material to work with. Relationship with co-workers was well even thou you those who don't take what you say serious and who will make you feel as if they know better than you do . I have learnt to be pationate about my work and that I had to deal with different people and environment. While casting concrete for the first time it was exciting and challenging at the same time. When you can't finish your work on time due to lack of material.

Pros: It is a good company
Cons: Nine hours of working
