Work well with others , always up for new challangers

It is a great pleasure working at this company the atmosphere is always welcoming .The employees that work here is very dedicated to there work and most of them I know for years .Most of us started working together years ago that is why the atmosphere here is welcoming . I first start working as a assembler and as a all rounder , that is why I am so familiar with all the products that we are manufacturing , I actually fell in love with our medical products it feel like I am doing a difference in someone's live by doing my job to the utmost best of my ability . I have learned a lot as the years past ,not just about the products but how to handle different types of individuals . A typical work day is when back orders need to go out as planned and to exceed the customers expectations .What I enjoy is that it is never a dull moment working in this industry always up and running trying to fulfil others needs .

A seemingly great environment for one to acquire experience

One can certainly grow in experience at this company . You get a lot of exposure because of the opportunities you get. It’s a small company with a lot of room growth. This is a good environment for someone who has already been employed and is looking to use their past experiences in their new job.

Clean place Area

I've learnt to be more carefully when packing Medical equipments.Make sure everything that I'm doing is accurate clean e.g washing hands every time when I start doing my job and wear proper clean clothes before entering the clean room.Be helpful to other in my team ,having a good manner treat others as I expect them to treat me,being friendly to them all the time.I enjoy working as part of a team so that I can share ideas with others.Focusing on what I'm doing was the mo challengeable thing to me

Learning curve

I started with the company in its start up phase and those gave me the opportunity to learn as much as i can, like how to write a business plan and a business proposal for investors and funders. . The most challenging aspect about this company is that the change management that took place came with a disadvantage of not growing anymore as there is no succession plan in place.

Pros: great environment for newly graduates to gain work exposure.
Cons: Lack of management and reporting lines.

Excellent learning

Morning meeting with production managers and warehouse supervisors Great relationship with co-workers Operating as a manufacturing and warehouse manager with minimal experience and managed to increase production output and efficiency within 3 months by 40% Absenteeism of staff

Work place environment

- I learn how to be innovative when there are not system and written procedures for new projects. - The strength of being a collective is to get things done quicker in a quicker turn around time, than individual brilliance - Working in a silo creates barriers for individual growth and for the business

Pros: Having been given a chance to come up with ideas that will improve my department
Cons: Departments not working towards a common goal
