Excellent learning Curve

- Your relationship with co-workers - What you have learnt - The Behavior some of them have against black people - The amount of money i get per month - The Hard working is noticed but wont be taken into action - Transport Costs - No Benefits , only Funeral Benefits - Started as an Intern November 2016 , I signed a permanent contract 01 July 2017 , Reason being EWSETA delayed with our payments and had to sit at home for a month, That is how I was considered permanent

Cons: Projects which is not permanent due to uncertainty in south african mines
