Great company and learnt a lot.

Great company with there focus being on distribution, 4 retail shops and the running of 6 charter companies for diving. Training was offered and management was good. Staff were all friendly and very hard working all working towards a common goal.

Pros: Great learning curve.
Cons: Many different nationalities.

Great retail and hospitality along with distribution.

Morning staff meeting with a plan to make sales, merchandise and promote sales items. Hiring of staff. Pricing of goods and which items to go on sale. Daily social media updates along with sales to keep clientele up to date on great trips or sales and new products. Distribution of our products to clients along with meeting and find new clients. Monthly sales reports. Reporting to CEO. Monthly stock counts.

Pros: Great company and has slick operations and products.
Cons: Long hours and not much room for growth.

Great company just moving back to South Africa.

Managing all aspects of the business. From ordering stock, pricing, promotions, staffing and hiring of staff. Looking after three retail shops along with distribution and also running dive trips.

Pros: Great company.
Cons: Retails hours long
