My present company offers 4-5 years contract with 8 working hours 6 days a week, provide accommodation and transportation. Paid holidays with 21 days each year vacation, free ticket round trip after 2 years. Split shift and emergency shift where scheduled on weekly basis prior to availability of dentist and nurse. Nurses was assigned in a surgery dentist whom I work on daily shift. As a dental surgery assistant, ensures daily check for sterility of instruments and cleanliness of workplace.Proper endorsement for transferring patient in another doctor is standard procedure. For billing procedure, proper endorsement also is done to avoid conflict with patients and the billing section. Enjoys working in surgery, explains pre and post surgical extraction/ procedure care. Most challenging aspect of this job is when encounter new case prior to surgery.

Good learning experienced

I have worked as dental assistant in surgery department with different surgery doctors, i have assist them in procedure such as open flap surgery for impacted tooth, tooth exposure for impacted canine, apicoectomy for central and lateral tooth, bone grafting and implant.It is a good experienced. I have been also exposed to assist in Root canal Treatment. I have been working in regular shift. The company is good, but over time is not paid, sickleave is not paid. Pay slip is not given. I enjoy assisting in surgery.
