Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot from Alante Lodge. It's a very nice place to work in, we always work as a team. The manager doesn't treat us differently, we are all the same. I have learnt how to work as a team.

Pros: Working with different people from different countries
Cons: When there's difficult or rude people.

Working in a big organisation and learning something everyday.

Working at Alante Lodge is very nice. The relationship with co-workers is great. We are a team. We do have very busy days and it get hectic as well however i enjoy a challenge and always willing to learn something new.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
