Learning curve

A pressurised environment. Good team work most of the time. Very much out of the way- transport wise. Typical work day is busy.. liase with some or sometimes all employees to get the jobs done. Printing companies and competion can be ruthless. Get along well with co workers keeping a professional approach but also a closeness that keeps us on the same side with the same goals. I have learnt about the printing industry, how to work in Pastel. I have succeeded in getting my customer care down to perfection. What I enjoy the most Is a smooth run, organised chaos and good people who can be relied upon and don't pass the buck. Challenges include rejected jobs at times, unhappy customers. Month end and queries. Deadlines and account recons on both sides. Not enough hours in the day. But I always make my deadlines which makes me proud especially if i have had obstacles throughout th month.

Poor learning curves

We work as team but not enjoying working there because of money we get .we doing a lot of work at end of the day they pay us peanuts . I want something better than that job

Pros: No great opportunities there
Cons: Long working hours per hour it 10 Rand
