the company i feel is cultured around a secondary earner and gives preference to woman and at times very biased towards gender. growth is terrible as you can go above and beyond and still not see the light and even if you do it will be soo gradual. employees are cool and friendly i like the fact that the banks ethos is islaamic my job is pretty basic i dont feel like i am challenged enough i feel i am cut out for more than my current role and at this moment would do anything to grow

Excellent learning curve

Good working environment. Positive place to work in although favouritism is clear to see amoung some departments. Pay is fair and working conditions aare clean, neat, and provide a sense of security.

Not a good company to work for.

Not a good company to work for. If they like you you will go further in the company. Or you will remain in the same position until your retirement.others. will progress further in the company whereas you remain.
