Great company to work for

Doing installations upgrade of high sites. Have a good understanding with all the co-workers. We interact and communicate very well. All that Iknow of wireless networks I have learnt from this company. I have learned how to configure ubiquity products and tenda routers. The most that I enjoy is to give directions to my co-workers when ever they ask me either during the week of on weekends when we are on standby. The most challenging aspect is when we have to find the perfect place to setup our high sites

Learn alot by myself

I was the only radio frequence technician at the campony, i needed to order my own stock , do my own planning , do the radio repair , keep clients happy with field service , build my own towers and needed to maintane towers

Pros: Gain lots of experience
Cons: Always worked alone
