I love my job but i need more from it as im responsible for many restuarants

My typical work day is very stressing because i have to move from one restuarant to another by taxi since im not driving nor own a car. I working relationship is not always perfect,But Ive learned learned how to lead with heart not emotions,mostly i enjoy training people The most challeging aspects about the job is support is not always there to do the job well from support team

Pros: Im greatfull about the promotion,since ive been with the company for 5 years
Cons: The salary is to little for my position compare to other companies,and job is stressfull,just had providevt fund this year after 5 years,when i leave i leave with nothing.and Im a single mum with responsibilities
