Excellent learning curve

Good learning experience, it includes getting to work hand in hand with various people and at different sites. The only exhaustive thing is the long hours, but besides that the kind of team that you are working with can either build or break you. I've been fortunate to be part of a great team, which is full of self driven people. The pay is not so bad, considering no experience is taken into consideration,but there is a lot of paper work and travelling. Because we work on mobiles, we depend very much so on the network coverage, and if its slow, our work is slowed down.

Excellent way of gaining confidence by talking to people

It's a very good company , it also considers it's employees. We used to get paid at an hourly rate, you not being at work means you won't be paid for that day , but at times they would rob is of our money maybe by a day or two. But overall it's a great company to work in
