Great learning curve , managing staff and learning..2ic to Branch Manager

I oversee the complete warehouse operations from receiving through to distribution. We are the largest engine components importers into the country as well as manufacture our own brands. Ware house capacity is 9000m2 and has a stock holding of 40mil. I manage a complete staff complement of 75 employees. I have an excellent working relationship with staff on all levels. Most exciting part of my job is managing staff and meeting set KPA with regards to inventory in and out of the warehouse. The most challenging is making sure that stock integrity is maintained with minimal losses. My greatest achievement is being commended by the group CFO as the best performing branch with stock takes and cycle counts. I have learnt to manage staff and maintain a healthy work environment and manage processes well.

Teh best learning curve and new experience in the motor industry

I enjoyed working in the motor industry I have gained a lot of experience as a women I have more knowledge now about cars and different parts being able to detect problems in the cars and knowing every part in the engine

Excellent learning opportunity

I was given the opportunity to work In most departments. Learning something new all the time enabling me to get the experience needed and to be flexible in any job given. I had an excellent working relationship with everybody in the office. Always willing to help others. I enjoyed the people and everyday challenges being in the motor industry.

You never given a chance to advance and grow, you end up feeling stuck in one position other than that, its a great company and easy to learn about parts and great team work on thier stores

Need better career prospects

I can run all departments in the warehouse from picking checking packaging distribution and following up on deliveries in liaison with sales department

Excellent learning curve

Very intresting and challenging at thesame time to deal with diffrent customers and give them the technical reports on their warranty claims. I enjoy to work with my collegues since we have good relationship and a better communication evryday. My current position have taught me to be humble and do my best to satiesfy the customers. I enjoy to see the customer smile after a conversation we had.

I have learned about engine parts I have learn customer service, checking parts correctly make sure u supply a good quality and make sure they get the right quantity ...and good communication with customers
