Exciting because it challenges

Working at Alex Fm is fantastic in a sense that one gets an opportunity to interact with different people on different levels. Its also very challenging because there's different types of people listening and one needs to cater for all. some are more intelligent than I am n yet I need to reach their level As for Sales - Its just a volunteering position I do just for the love of it.

Greatvway to gsin experience

The olace is one where you get experience but not to build a career there because finances are not handmed well therefore employees arent paid or they are not paod on time

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Management is shacky and no support at all
