Good company to learn all trades

The company is a good start to learn . All trades in the construction industry. Unfortunately, you never get to see the top managers as we are always on sites. Site based and you only go to the H/O once a year.

Pros: Good place to start out in construction. Unfortunately they never promote. Same people have been in the same positions for more than eighteen years. NOT a bad thing, however if you looking to move up in the industry, you need to move around
Cons: Never see top management

Learning experience is great

As a qualified plumber with more than 5 years experience I believe I shud grow and earn better. We work long hours Work hard Remuneration is not of the best Social life is not much to look at.

Pros: Growth
Cons: Under paid and over worked
