Opportunity to learn

I have learnt so much about everything there is to know at Alfagomma. It was a challenge from the start I wanted to give up so many times, I struggled to cope. At first I hated it it wasnt the office enviroment I was useto it was hardcore, it was overalls dirt all over it was in a warehouse, people swearing at you if you do something wrong. They were very cold towards me. It was so hard to get useto, no more playing dress up it was safety boots and a jean or a warning. It wasnt an easy task with the work either doing all administration and HR and Invoicing debtors and creditors Part numbers i did not know Stock taking what ever job they could give you with 3days training it was hard. But I can proudly say I have tested myself in this company and i have come out tops. The company has given me the opportunity to better myself. I did not know how tough I am until I was thrown in the deep end.

Pros: Great working experience and confidence gained
Cons: I failed so many times I had to teach myself

International Company. Good work environment. Good relations between all employees. I like working at this company. I enjoy the family feeling and environment at this company. I learnt a lot regarding the products. Because it is an Italian company and we import 99% of the products there is a variety of product lines which is very interesting. we also have branches throughout South Africa and I enjoy visiting them and spend time with the employees. .

Pros: I cannot identify any pros.
Cons: No Growth opportunities
