Very challenging but yet rewarding
My typical day at work, is starting with my administration duties, then I would walk inside the factory doing labour relations, interacting with employees and their subordinates. Tackle problems I might come across like if the procedure is followed with regards to health and safety or number of employees that should work in particular positions. I have a good relationship with my co-workers from the bottom to the top level. I have learnt a lot when it comes to Training, Industrial relations and recruitment because my company deals with lot of that. I enjoy helping people, assisting which ever way is necessary to get the job done or respond to any queries the employees might have and if I can't then I can refer them to my manager. The most challenging is employees who are rebellious and do not want to abide by the rules of the company and the consequences for that are always not likable.
Pros: Career growth
Cons: Inconsistency

Personal growth as well as new environment and product knowledge of an exciting product.
I walk to the plants daily, talk to collegues and inspect machines if I have to. I plan maintenance and work with the artisans, factory manager and the MD. I am the buyer and also the stores controller. I assist with project planning and am responsible for diesel and lubricants purchases and control. We work together well as a team, unselfishly and hard working. I have learnt that people are all different, we do not perceive and process things the same but if we learn to read people and are willing to give each other some space we might all surprise each other. My loyalty is to the company first, always, that is why I have never failed a polygraph test in all the years that I have worked in stores and warehouses. What I enjoy most is learning and mastering something new and in turn teaching and helping someone else. You must have guts and be tough to do what I do, it's the most stressful job I've ver had but wher I've learnt the most.
Pros: This will be an excellent oppertunity to grow in what I am already enjoying
Cons: I am aware that managing involves long hours and extra planning as well as dealing with many different personalities but I am capable.
