Excellent Learning Curve

Good Employees to work for, long hours in season. Lots of planning and organizational skills needed. Very challenging. Need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible to change. No 2 days are the same. Lots of conflict management. Need to be a good problem solver.

Pros: You can become a strong leader
Cons: Very long working hours in Season
