Awesome Family orientated company, distance problem; growth opportunity minimal

Part of Management Team, ONLY Finance employee, not satisfactory when opinions and decision are not appreciated - no superior to learn from or help with decisions. Absolutely love the Accounting process, willing to learn a lot more, no further opportunity available currently. Work proficiently with Microsoft Office/Pastel Evolution - experience with QuickBooks/Pastel Partner

Pros: Flexible wiht work times; understanding MD
Cons: Distance from home & schools; no further growth opportunity
